Internet orders enable us to continue offering low prices since we process them during off hours. We do not accept phone orders.
Return Policy If we make a mistake and ship the wrong or a defective item, returns will be made at our expense. We inspect each item before carefully packing it and purchase shipping insurance to cover damage in transit for fragile items. If you wish to return an item for another reason, you may return it for a refund (less shipping costs and 15% restocking fee) if you email us within 5 days of receipt of item for a return authorization. Item must be returned postage prepaid within 5 days of return authorization date in same condition and packaging as when sold.
Payment Policy We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. When paying via PayPal, your order Ship To address must match your PayPal account's confirmed address. For credit/debit cards, your billing name and address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent. We only accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express through our shopping-cart SSL secure-server and only accept orders over the internet. Your billing name and address must match your credit card billing record. To pass credit card verification, be sure to key in your credit card code (CVV2) correctly. For VISA or MasterCard, this is the last 3 digits after the credit card number on the back of the card in the signature area. For American Express it is printed on the front of the card, above and to the right of the embossed card number. Common reasons for credit card rejection include the address does not match the bank’s records or there is a typographical error in the account number, the CVV2 code, or the wrong expiration date.
