#1422 Elvis’ Rising Sun

Neither fame nor fortune matched the joy that Rising Sun, a golden palomino American Quarter Horse, brought his world famous rider. When Rising Sun passed away in 1986, he was buried at Graceland, facing east, forever towards the rising sun. Breyer’s tribute to this famous palomino includes custom Elvis packaging, Elvis’ signature and Rising Sun’s name printed in elegant gold ink on the model’s belly.

The Breyer Elvis Presley Collection is a tribute to Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s favorite horses, past and present. The collection was launched at BreyerFest 2010 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the birth of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
