Part of the enduring mystique of Breyer is our allegiance to the equine world and our financial support of organizations that support horses and youth. In 2005, Breyer established the Breyer Benefit Model Program, dedicated to creating one model each year from which a portion of the proceeds are donated to an organization that benefits the equine world.

What if you wanted to go for a horseback ride through the countryside but there were no trails? What if you went shopping for horse feed but there wasn’t enough because the land dedicated to growing grain and hay had been used for other purposes? These sad scenarios could become terrifying realities without the efforts of groups such as the Equestrian Land Conservation Resource.

A percentage of the sale of every Breyer ELCR horse will be used to help equestrian organizations conserve open land. Since 2008, Breyer has donated $30,000 to the ELCR to preserve land for equestrian use!
