Shipping/Handling Policy Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of your order. Ground shipping can take from 1 - 4 weeks or more, depending on your shipping zone. Priority Mail delivers most packages within 3 days for continental U.S. addresses. Allow extra ship time during the holiday season. Due to contracts with some of our vendors, we no longer ship outside the USA and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and box dimensions and final calculation is done during checkout. Once you finalize and submit your order, you will not be able to make changes. Please be sure it is correct before submitting.
We ship to APO's when possible (some boxes are too big) via insured US Postal Service. APO service takes longer for delivery and does not allow tracking. The package will not be considered lost until 8 weeks after shipment and an insurance claim for lost shipment can then be filed. Please be sure to check with your local APO / Post Office as experience has shown that ‘lost’ packages are usually behind the counter.
If you provide us with an invalid or incomplete address that is returned to us by the carrier, we can re-ship the package to the corrected address supplied by you with re-ship charges applied, or refund your purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you request that we do not require a signature on any order that might require proof-of-delivery (either high value, apartment, or carrier regulation), you hereby accept full responsibility for the delivery of your package. No claims for losses may be applied if you specifically request that we waive a signature requirement and your package is lost or stolen. Order/Shipment Confirmation It's important that you type in your correct email address so you receive the order confirmation and tracking numbers. Special Fees
There is a $10 service fee for orders placed over the phone. (Our policy states no phone orders.) A 15% restocking fee is charged for orders returned for customer convenience or orders returned by the shipping carrier for invalid address or refusal.
